Description
Mint is a plant from the family of dicotyledons with continuous petals which is the head of the mint family and is one of the edible vegetables. Its leaves are 3 to 5 cm long lanceolate or spindle-shaped. Mint leaves have little fluff. Spearmint is commonly cultivated around the world. From the place of the nodes of the stem roots come out that make a new stem. So if you plant just one mint stalk in your garden soon your whole garden will be full of mint. For this reason it is called “Hazarpa” in Farsi.
The mint that we eat as a vegetable is different from the mint that grows in the mountains. Of course in terms of appearance smell taste and taste they are almost similar but in terms of therapeutic effects spearmint is stronger.
